1 Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "the Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (hereinafter "the Player", "you", or "your") and m71p (hereinafter "m71p", "we", "us", or "our") governing your access to and use of the m71p website located at https://m71p.io, including all games, betting markets, promotions, and services available therein (collectively "the Platform").

3 Account Management

3.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, and any security credentials associated with your m71p account. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. m71p will never request your password through any communication channel, including email, live chat, or telephone.

3.2 Unauthorised Access

You must notify m71p immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account. m71p accepts no liability for any losses resulting from unauthorised account use where you have failed to take reasonable precautions to protect your credentials or where you have knowingly or negligently shared your login details with another person.

3.3 Account Accuracy

You are required to keep your account information accurate and up to date at all times. 3.4 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if no login activity has been recorded for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months. m71p reserves the right to apply an inactivity administration fee to dormant accounts in accordance with its published fee schedule. Accounts that remain dormant for an extended period may be closed at m71p's discretion following reasonable notice to the registered email address.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

m71p currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions on the Platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). m71p does not charge currency conversion fees, as all accounts are maintained in BDT.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 per transaction. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits vary by payment method and are displayed within your account dashboard at the time of the transaction request. m71p reserves the right to amend transaction limits at any time with reasonable notice.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been previously used to fund your account. You may not withdraw to a third-party account or a payment method not registered in your name. All withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification checks. m71p aims to process approved withdrawal requests promptly; however, processing times may vary depending on the payment method and any additional verification requirements.

4.4 Wagering of Deposits

m71p does not impose a mandatory wagering requirement on real-money deposits made without an associated bonus. Players may withdraw uninvested real-money deposits at any time subject to identity verification. Where a deposit has been made in conjunction with a bonus offer, the bonus wagering requirements applicable to that promotion will apply before the combined balance can be withdrawn.

4.5 Fraud Prevention

Any attempt to process a fraudulent deposit, initiate an unauthorised chargeback, or otherwise manipulate the payment process will result in the immediate suspension of the account and the forfeiture of any balance held therein. m71p reserves the right to report such conduct to the relevant financial institutions and authorities.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, and promotional offers provided by m71p are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be communicated at the time of the promotion. These promotion-specific terms form part of these overall Terms & Conditions and must be read in conjunction with them.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "wagering requirement") before they become eligible for withdrawal. Wagering requirements must be met within the stated validity period of the bonus; unused bonus funds will expire at the end of that period.

5.3 Bonus Eligibility

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 Casino Games

All casino games available on the m71p Platform are governed by the rules of the respective game provider. Game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) that have been independently tested and verified for fairness. The published Return to Player (RTP) percentages for each game reflect the theoretical long-term average payout for that game and do not guarantee any specific outcome in any individual session.

6.2 Sports Betting

6.3 Bet Settlement

6.4 Technical Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction affecting the Platform, including server outages, game interruptions, or incorrect display of odds or balances, m71p reserves the right to void affected transactions and restore account balances to their state immediately prior to the malfunction. m71p accepts no liability for losses arising from technical malfunctions beyond the restoration of the affected balance.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the m71p Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balance, and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one account on the Platform under the same or different identities.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform or to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.

• Colluding with other players in any game, tournament, or betting market to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other criminal activity.

m71p's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with these Terms, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, less any withdrawals made during that period.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude m71p's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. m71p makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the availability, accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose of the Platform or any content therein.

11 Privacy and Data

m71p collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at /privacy-policy and is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

12.2 Account Termination by Player

Upon closing your account, any real-money balance remaining in your account will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to identity verification and any applicable withdrawal conditions. Bonus funds that have not been converted to withdrawable funds through the completion of wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

12.3 Account Suspension or Closure by m71p
